Piet Mondrian (1872 – 1944)

Este maestro y pintor holandés es famoso sobre todo por sus pinturas abstractas, a las que llamó composiciones. Estas consisten en formas rectangulares en rojo, amarillo, azul o negro, separadas por gruesas líneas rectas.

This teacher and Dutch painter is best known for his abstract paintings, which he called compositions. These consist of rectangular shapes in red, yellow, blue or black, separated by thick straight lines.
